Girl’s Strength & Conditioning Program

4 week block (starts 7/15, ends 8/9)

mwf’s from 9-10:30am


Instructed by Dr. Kerry Nolan, DPT, The StrongAF (as a female) strength and conditioning program is a specialty small group weightlifting class teaching proper lifting technique in a fun, positive and challenging environment. Programmed as a 4-week training block, 3 times a week, the the 90 minute sessions will focus on four main barbell lifts: squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press.

As a Certified Clinical Weightlifting Coach and Doctor of Physical Therapy, Kerry's passion to empower female athletes through strength will help participants gain confidence, increase sports performance while mitigating injury, and improve overall strength and resilience both on and off the field.

The 4-week session (MWF from 9-10:30am) is $410 and limited in space.
